What has Austria in common with Cambodia and Israel? Quite a lot I think but in this case I am emphasizing the similarity in traffic light behavior.If you’re already familiar with it then you can skip this paragraph which is intended for my international readers.

Still Compositing

It’s close to 7am in the morning when I began writing this article and I am still awake… again compositing for our little CGI film term project. I can’t tell for how long I’ve been working solely on the compositing side, probably 15 to 20 hours for the first shot only… Not to mention the 10 or so hours I spent on my very first hand-drawn 1 matte painting. But I don’t leave you without a video this time!
Read the rest…- “handdrawn” here is ambiguous: I drew it by hand, yes, but digitally in Photoshop. The file is uncompressed about 400 megs. That’s not much I guess. ↩
