My name is Phil Strahl and I am a native Austrian ¹ who feels as if he was born in the wrong country.

I got my degree of Mag. (FH) which is comparable to a Master’s Degree from the Salzburg University of Applied Sciences in Applied Arts. I’m just as narcissistic as any blogger around and solely express my personal views and opinions on totally random stuff, mostly focused of my daily experiences, creativity with/despite the computer and my work.

I have many passions in addition to my work in the visual effects industry: I’m an avid teacher and tutor, I enjoy computer & video games, I’m into photography and other forms of art and I enjoy making music. Well, and I blog too, I’m even into even microblogging!
