I’m Getting Fat

I am getting fat — it’s the truth. Because what your dear mother keeps telling her only child just
has to be true. Last visit in September at my parents, my mom looked at me and bluntly stated “Getting fat, aren’t we?” to which I only could reply “Really? You mean like yourself?” That settled it for a few weeks. But then she called me a week ago “Do you look like Garfield already? You know furry, and orange … and fat?” — “I know who Garfield is, mom!” -

While I was spending the night cleaning up and UV layouting a scene in Maya I felt a the urge to check my mail. So I logged on Yahoo! to check whether I got some more r*0*l*e*x and v14gr4 spam mails to get rid off, usually no more than 2 or 4. but today it was different. When you have suddenly 68 new emails from one day to another in your inbox then either something great or something terrible has happened to you.

Just great! As soon as I settle for something in the great Format Wars it is the wrong thing. According to CRN Toshiba’s CEO Atsutoshi Nishida made a point a few hours ago and officially surrendered to Sony’s Blu-Ray format after many months of battling. -

I was just sitting here with Lisa, some minutes after 3 am explaining her Rebirth, while I got an internal call from the campus, room 533. “Hello, this is Radio [insert silly name here]! You are about to play for 10.000 €! Just answer the following question: How many grammies has Michael Jackson won?”
