A Good Performance — Intro

When I had gone through the troubles of setting up my computer after a devastating crash (Note to self: *Never ever* fiddle around with system files that have kernel, core or runtime in them when you don’t know *exactly* what you are doing.) I seized the moment and set up my machine for maximum performance rather than maximum-RAM-filled-when-running-only-Windows.
In the next couple of days I will provide some hints and tips on how to set up a versatile, yet well performing system with the focus on what memory guzzlers to avoid. And how to safe some money along the way by avoiding the expensive brands.
